You may use PunchDesk for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
3. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual property
All PunchDesk software, branding, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of data you upload.
5. Limitation of liability
PunchDesk is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
